Quiz: Which artist inspired this cake?

When art historian Debra Wacks had a birthday this last weekend, I pounced on artist Yves Klein. A pioneer of performance art in the early 60s and famous for his textured, monochromatic blue canvases and handprints, this guy was hot (he was handsome and a judoka–OMG, I have a serious crush). He left this world in 1962 at the age of 34, but not before making a huge impact on the art world (and writing a book on Judo!). In honor of Debbie’s birthday, we made a huge impact on the cake he inspired. Interior: chocolate, chocolate chip filled with peanut butter, butter cream, smattered inside with–check this–potato chips.
