The Mending Mule Cocktail

No, I’m not a doctor, but that’s me with a 60cc syringe and a medical supply bag. This time, I am doling out my cocktail creation at the Google offices in Santa Monica for the Mending Kids Board of Directors pre-gala kickoff event. When volunteering on Mending Kids worldwide surgical missions, I often say I’m a mule for medical supplies. So, when they asked for a special event cocktail, I couldn’t resist creating a custom Mending Mule cocktail and serving it out of a supply bag. The Mending Mule has vodka, purple Viniq liqueur, fresh squeezed lime juice, ginger beer and blueberries. You gotta have some fun when you are raising money for a good cause—the doctor is in!
